NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must fulfill the required eligibility criteria to be eligible for NABARD Assistant Manager vacancies. The essential qualifications and age limit have been discussed below. 

Age Limit (as on 01/11/2025)

Age Limit for NABARD Grade A: Candidates' age should be between 21 to 30 years for apply for NABARD recruitment 2025. i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-11-1995 and not later than 01-11-2004. 

Age Limit for Grade ‘A’ (Protocol & Security Service): Between 25 and 40 Years (no age relaxation for any category). The candidates born not earlier than 02 November 1985 and not later than 01 November 2000 are eligible to apply.

Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (Legal Service)
Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by UGC and Bar council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years OR LLM Degree with a minimum of 55% in the aggregate of all semesters/years.In case of practicing advocates (i) copy of Bar Council Registration Certificate and (ii) A Certificate from Bar Association of which the candidate is a member or a certificate issued by the Presiding Officer of a court before which the candidate has practiced for the required period should be produced at the time of interview.
Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (Protocol & Security Service)
Experience (as on 01-11-2025): He / She should be an Officer with a minimum of ten years' (five years in case of PWBD candidates) of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card.

NABARD Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

For Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RDBS), the candidates will be selected through Prelims, Mains, and Interview rounds. For Officers in Grade ‘A’ (P & SS) only an interview round will be conducted for the selection process. NABARD Grade A 2025 Selection is going to be conducted as follows:

NABARD Grade A Exam includes 2 stages Prelims and Mains Exam for which the exam pattern has been already shared by the officials in the previous year's notification. Below is discussed both NABARD Grade A Prelims and Mains Exam Pattern. 

NABARD Assistant Manager Prelims Exam Pattern

The Preliminary Exam is an online objective test comprising of 200 marks that has to be completed in 2 hours. The Prelims Exam Pattern for NABARD Grade-A has been revised by the authority, which has been discussed below:

Note- Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, and Decision Making are Qualifying. 

Psychometric Test (Mandatory) for Grade A (Protocol & Security Service)- MCQ Based which is 90 minute duration.

NABARD Assistant Manager Mains Exam Pattern

The candidates who clear the preliminary round of the NABARD Assistant Manager 2025 Officer Exam are eligible to appear for the NABARD 2025 Mains Examination. After the candidate clears the NABARD Grade A 2025 Mains Paper, he/she is finally called for the Interview Process. Final selection is made on how well a candidate fare in the Mains Examination as well as the Interview Process.

NABARD Grade A 2025 Syllabus

The preliminary exam of the NABARD Assistant Manager 2025 Exam will have 7 major sections namely Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, Economic and Social Issues and Agriculture and Rural Development.

Main exam will be conducted in three phases with an inclusion of a descriptive test in English to test a candidate’s proficiency in written English. Apart from these two papers, an interview will be conducted for selected candidates.

NABARD Grade A 2025 Salary Structure

The basic salary for NABARD Grade A Officer is Rs. 44,500/- with a pay scale of Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years) applicable to Officers in Grade 'A and At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 1,00,000/-. The candidates selected for the post of Assistant Manager posts will be provided with a handsome salary which has been tabulated below:

NABARD Grade A 2025 Admit Card

The NABARD Admit Card for Grade A posts will be released on the official website www.nabard.org at least 10 to 12 days before the exam date. To download the NABARD Grade A admit card, the registration number or roll number and date of birth or password are required which will be provided at the time of the registration process. Carrying a hard copy of the NABARD Hall Ticket 2025 to the exam hall is mandatory.

NABARD Grade A 2025 Result

The results for each stage will be released separately for NABARD Grade A Officer posts. The candidates whose names are notified in the Prelims result will be shortlisted for Mains Exam and the candidates qualifying Mains exam will be called for the Interview round.
