GSL Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for GSL: 
     Assistant Superintendent (Stores/Commercial)        Essential Educational Qualification: BBA OR Degree in any discipline with Diploma in Commercial / Supply Chain Management/Materials management/Logistics management/ other concerned qualification equivalent to 01-year Diploma in Material Management from a recognized University / Institute.         Work Experience: The applicant must have at least two years of relevant post-qualification job experience.         Desirable: 2 years Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Commercial / Supply Chain Management from a recognized University /Institute. Sufficient working knowledge of Hindi, English, Konkani, and Marathi.     Structural Fitter        Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess ITI & NCTVT (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in Structural Fitter / Fitter / Fitter General / Sheet Metal Worker trade.         Essential Work Experience: The candidate should possess a minimum 02 years’ experience in the line.         Desirable: Candidates with a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the shipbuilding industry or with suitable work experience in the public sector, private shipyards, or naval workshops will be given preference. Sufficient working knowledge of Hindi, English, Konkani, and Marathi.     Welder        Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess ITI in the trade of Welder.         Essential Work Experience: The candidate should possess a minimum 02 years’ experience in the line.         Desirable: Candidates with a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the shipbuilding industry or with suitable work experience in the public sector, private shipyards, or naval workshops will be given preference. Sufficient working knowledge of Hindi, English, Konkani, and Marathi.    Technical Assistant (Mechanical)        Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess a minimum 03 years full time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University.         Essential Work Experience: The candidate should possess a minimum 02 years of experience in the line.         Desirable: Ability to work on Auto CAD. Sufficient working knowledge of Hindi, English, Konkani, and Marathi.    Shipwright Fitter         Essential Educational Qualification: The applicant should possess SSC with a Training Certificate from the Deck / Engine department.         Essential Work Experience: The candidate should possess a minimum 02 years’ experience in the line/trade from Shipbuilding Industry.         Desirable: Sufficient working knowledge of Hindi, English, Konkani, and Marathi.    Assistant Superintendent (Finance)         Essential Educational Qualification: Graduate having passed Intermediate examination from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India OR MBA Finance.         Essential Work Experience: The candidate should have a minimum 2 years post qualification relevant work experience in Finance function.         Desirable: Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Finance recognized by Govt of India. Sufficient working knowledge of Hindi, English, Konkani, and Marathi.    Jr. Supervisor (Mechanical – Safety)        Essential Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess minimum 03 years’ full time Diploma in Mechanical / Mechanical & Industrial Engineering / Mechanical & Production Engineering / Marine Engineering Engineering and one-year full time Diploma in Industrial Safety awarded by Board of Technical Education of any State Government / Union territory or CLI, RLI (Ministry of Labour)         Essential Work Experience: The candidate should possess a minimum 2 years post qualification relevant work experience.         Desirable: Sufficient working knowledge of Hindi, English, Konkani, and Marathi.
