Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification for BEML
- Mandatory: Graduate with Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA (Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs. full time course with specialization in Industrial Relations (IR) /Human Resources (HR) with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates should have secured first class in PostGraduation.
- Desirable: Degree in Law, Professional certification in HR related areas.
Post Qualification Experience
- Officer HR (Gr-II)/ – The candidate for Officer HR should have 02 years post qualification experience from an Organisation of repute.
- Assistant Manager HR (Gr-III) – The candidate for Asst.Manager-HR should have 04 years post qualification experience from an Organisation of repute.
Age Limit (As on 07.01.2026)
- Officer HR (Gr-II)/Assistant Manager HR (Gr-III) – 29 Years
- Assistant Manager HR (Gr-III) – 30 Years
Relaxation of Upper age limit
- For SC/ ST Applicants: +5 years
- For OBC Applicants: +3 years
- For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: +10 years
- For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: +15 years
- For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: +13 years For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy
Pay Scale
- Officer HR (Gr-II)/Assistant Manager HR (Gr-III) – Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000/-
- Assistant Manager HR (Gr-III) – Rs.50,000 – 1,60,000/-
